SHOULDER!!!!!!!!!!!! Ugh Tendonitis has made its way to my shoulder :( I've had it in my wrist before. But this is the first time I have had it in my shoulder. The pain has been unbearable!!!!!!
On top of this Baylee has been sick with a Cold my Poor baby!
So I have been a lil immobile laying about with arm in sling, ice packs,heating pad,Quick Flex and Tylenol! Today I was finally able to move my arm past my waist! Hoping I will be able to raise my arm above my head by this weekend!
